The radio has been beneficial for many artists in the music industry. Although people have more options now to select the music they want to listen to with streaming services, people still flock to the radio to hear what’s popular today. Radio promotion is one of the best ways to get ahead on spreading your content and with radio stations being accessible on the internet, anyone globally can tune in. We’ve all Shazamed a song we’ve heard on the radio or anywhere at least once in our lives, but what if you can get that to be your song that people are eager to find? As an independent artist, you have to put in a bit more work to spread your content, but what if we can ease some of the stress that comes with it by providing you with a few admirable services?

KINT98

Being able to access radio through the internet has been one of the most revolutionary things to happen to radio. With the shift the digital age has brought, it’s important to keep innovating radio to ensure it thrives. KINT98 created a free internet radio station which covers genres including classic rock, disco, dance, and hip-hop. KINT98’s efforts to push their selection to be as mixed as possible is what makes them so admirable. Providing a song for everyone’s taste in music pushes them to expand their search for their audiences’ next favourite song. Not only do they scope out everyone’s favourite artists, but they prefer and look for rising, independent artists to help propel their careers. To submit music, all you have to do is send an email with links, information on you, how to contact you, and file details to kint98@aol.com.

Now having a few platforms to contact, create a pitch that will blow their minds and encourage them, even more, to keep playing your content. Creating the ideal pitch with a few tracks could land you in a spot where you get more airplay and exposure from them. From radio stations and other streaming platforms, you can create new industry contacts which benefit you in a number of aspects.
